PrintMedia Express provides printing, branding, design, packaging, promotional, and related
print-media services. You agree to provide accurate information and all necessary artwork,
specifications, quantities, and delivery details required to process your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order where necessary due to
technical limitations, availability, pricing errors, artwork issues, or other operational
reasons.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, images, colors,
dimensions, quantities, and other specifications before production.
Once artwork or a proof has been approved by the customer, PrintMedia Express will not be
responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts, text, illustrations, software, and other
content displayed on this Site are owned by or licensed to PrintMedia Express unless otherwise
stated. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use
any Site content without prior written permission from PrintMedia Express.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that artwork, images, logos, fonts, and other
materials supplied by them do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third
party.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Prices may vary depending on
specifications, quantity, material, finishing, delivery location, and other requirements.
Production will generally begin after receipt of the required artwork approval and applicable
payment or advance amount.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on the project requirements and production
schedule. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including
transportation issues, supplier delays, technical problems, natural events, or other
unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Reprints
Because many printed products are customized according to customer specifications, returns
may not be accepted unless the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or differs
materially from the approved order. Any issue with an order should be reported to
PrintMedia Express within a reasonable period after delivery, along with relevant photographs
or supporting information.
Limitation of Liability
PrintMedia Express will make reasonable efforts to provide products and services according to
the agreed specifications. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be
responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Site
or services.
Changes to These Terms
