We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files. For best results, submit print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks included at 300 DPI or higher.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (24–48 hours) are available for most products at an additional charge. Delivery times vary by location; local pickup is also available.

Absolutely. We offer digital PDF proofs at no charge, and physical press proofs are available upon request (additional cost may apply). We won't proceed to full production until you have approved the proof.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for large orders, with the balance due before shipment.
